Q: Can you customize the thickness, size and deep processing of paulownia wood boards? What's the MOQ for custom specs?
A: Yes, we support full customization. Regular stock thickness: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 25mm; custom thickness available from 3mm to 30mm. We also offer deep processing: finger jointing, sanding, planing, moulding, UV coating, etc. Standard MOQ for stock specs: 1000pcs; we accept 200-500pcs trial orders for new partners, and custom MOQ is negotiable.
Q:What's your minimum order quantity? Can I get free samples before bulk orders?
A: Our standard MOQ for regular stock is 1000pcs. For new customers, we support small trial orders (200-500pcs) with a slightly higher unit price to test the market. We offer free samples (you only cover shipping cost), with a 3-5 working days sample lead time.
